Inside look at Inalfa’s New Manufacturing Facility

Inalfa Roof Systems is a leading supplier of sunroofs and open roofing systems for automotive manufacturers such as Hyundai Kia, Ford, General Motors, Volvo, Chrysler Group and BMW Group.
In June 2013, the state of Georgia and Inalfa announced the construction of a new manufacturing plant in Cherokee County, Georgia. The plant would represent a $17.1 million investment and 300 jobs for Georgians.
This facility became their fourth in the United States and the first in the Southeast for Inalfa, which has its global headquarters based in Venray, The Netherlands, and a global workforce of 3,000 employees. Worldwide, Inalfa Roof Systems also has facilities in Slovakia, South Korea, China, Brazil, Mexico and Japan, and is currently also expanding its footprint in Poland.
By February of 2014, Inalfa expanded its recently completed 165,000-square-foot regional headquarters in southwest Cherokee County by an additional 45,000 square feet. The company invested an additional $6 million and created 100 new jobs in addition to the 300 already announced in June 2013.
Inalfa received tremendous support from the state of Georgia, and it is a great economic development success story.
