Outlet Mall Construction is Underway
The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta project is on track to open August 2013. Site activities are well underway in Woodstock off Ridgewalk Parkway. The first building pad was poured last week, and another is expected to be poured next week.

The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is a 370,000 square-foot outlet center that will feature more than 80 retail outlet stores including Nike, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Brooks Brothers, White House | Black Market, Guess, Michael Kors, Under Armour, Puma, Converse, Cole Haan, Vans, Le Creuset, Levis, Naartjie Kids, Talbots and Carters. This outlet center will be located off I-575 (Ridgewalk Pkwy Exit) where daily traffic counts exceed 94,000 cars and more than 1.5 million people live within 20 miles. The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is scheduled to open in August 2013 and is a joint venture of Horizon Group Properties and CBL & Associates Properties Inc.
