After Wednesday morning’s gathering, 1 Million Cups Cherokee is about 120 cups of coffee into its goal of 1 million! The team behind Loves Atlas took the attendees on a journey to find love with a matchmaking service for singles who want to combine looking for love with travel.

The team behind Loves Atlas took the attendees on a journey to find love with a matchmaking service for singles who want to combine looking for love with loving to travel. The destination dating experience takes the typical online-dating platform one step further by organizing a series of dates and mixers to bring the couples together in another country. The love connection app has focused on China for the pilot program and the first event is set to take place in Beijing in late 2018. More information about Love’s Atlas and their upcoming app can be found here: lovesatlas.com The entrepreneurs added “love guru” to their titles as they helped the founders of Love’s Atlas (DD Lee, Anthony Padgett, and Amanda Connelly) with feedback during the Q&A session.

1 Million Cups is a gathering of the local community with the intent to educate, engage, and connect fellow entrepreneurs and start-ups. An emerging company is given 6 minutes to pitch their business model and speak on the challenges they are currently facing. A 20-minute Q&A session allows the audience to give feedback and show support.
