Relaunch of OECHSLER Motion, Inc.
OECHSLER Motion, Inc., formerly operating the adidas SpeedFactory near Atlanta, Georgia, will relaunch its facility as a center of competence for additive manufacturing in support of the North American market.
OECHSLER Motion, Inc. is a company of OECHSLER group, which has established itself as a leading producer of industrial and consumer-grade products utilizing additive manufacturing. From an early stage, OECHSLER recognized additive manufacturing technologies as strategically important both for the industry as a whole and as a complement to their own product offerings. Since this time, OECHSLER has built the unique expertise in utilizing this technology on an industrial scale for serial production, and currently operates one of the largest industrial fleets of 3D printers in Germany and in China.
The relaunch of OECHSLER Motion, Inc. will leverage the existing infrastructure and available talent while furthering the company’s vision to offer solutions to a global market from its global footprint. Production is set to begin with Carbon 3D’s groundbreaking DLS technology in Summer 2020. Further printing technologies and a full spectrum of additive solutions will be offered in the near future.
