Steel Fabrication Company To Bring 50 Jobs To Cherokee County

Cobb Industrial, Inc. has recently purchased the 100,000 square foot building, which formerly housed Linde Praxair, a hydrochemical company on Hickory Springs Industrial Drive, Holly Springs, GA. Family-owned by brothers Gabe Hrib and Mike Hrib, CII is merging two facilities currently located in Marietta, GA, to the Holly Springs location.
CII has experienced success and growth throughout 2019 and 2020. As a result, more square footage and a larger workforce are needed.
CII has already begun renovations to make the space state-of-the-art.
The specialty metals division will be first to fill the space. Once full renovations are completed, which is estimated at the beginning 2021, the balance of the team members and equipment will make the move.
